Excellent service and convenient location

I found the location to be central, with easy access to both the city center and public transportation. Bozena and Petra were excellent. Their attentiveness and helpfulness greatly enhanced my visit. Juanina, the new receptionist, was very cute and provided great assistance. The hotel is close to several restaurants and cafes , which proved quite convenient.

I noticed some dust within my room , especially on surfaces that was to have been untouched for a while.

The hotel has numerous restaurants, bars and pubs located in close proximity , which offers great dining choices. I did not use breakfast , but the hotel offers this option, costing fifteen euro per person. It is easily accessible and located right below the hotel.

I noticed the hotel offers easy access to public transport with direct lines to the city center. Staff were available at the reception 24/7 , which is very convenient for any late arrivals or early departures. The hotel provides excellent links for travellers.

My room was of a good size and the bathroom was particularly nice and spot on. I found the beds comfortable and they contributed to a restful stay. The hotel room also offers good value for money.
