The hotel room was a little outdated and the initial smell of cigarette smoke was a big issue for me. It was quite cold in there, but at least it was sufficient for my needs. The service was a mixed bag, with some staff being friendly and helpful while others were a bit rude. The location was convenient, with nice shops and restaurants around, but the lack of parking was a downside. The dining experience offered a good selection of items, but it wasn't outstanding. Overall, it was an average stay with some highs and lows.
My stay at the hotel was great! The rooms were spotlessly clean, although a bit small and too warm for my liking, but they had plenty of towels and toiletries. The service was extremely friendly and helpful, although not too fluent in English. The location was perfect, right in the city center with shops nearby, but there was nowhere to park out the front. The dining experience was quite good, with a nice selection of items, but they could add porridge to it. Overall, a nice place to stay with minor inconveniences.
